Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 10/28/2026
EverLucent Studio ("we", "the app") lets healthcare practices prepare creative work and brand files. Some accounts may retain legacy Facebook, Instagram, or Google connection data. This page explains how to remove the data we hold about you and how to revoke access to any connected accounts.
1. What data we store
- Your account email and practice profile.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
- Creative drafts, plans, exports, and any legacy scheduled or published-post records already associated with your account.
- Contacts, reviews, and campaign records you create inside the app.
2. Delete your account and all associated data
To permanently delete your EverLucent Studio account along with all stored content, tokens, contacts, drafts, scheduled posts, and analytics, email us at:
privacy@everlucentvault.com with the subject line Delete my account from the email address on file.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. After deletion, your OAuth tokens are revoked, your records are removed from our primary database, and backups are purged on their normal rotation (within 60 days).
3. Disconnect a single Facebook / Instagram / Google account
If you want to keep your EverLucent Studio account but remove a specific connected social account, open Connections inside the app and click Disconnect next to the relevant Page or profile. This immediately revokes the stored token and deletes the connection record.
4. Remove the app from Facebook directly
You can also revoke our access at any time from Facebook itself:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find EverLucent Studio in the list.
- Click Remove and confirm.
Facebook will notify us via the deauthorization callback, and we will delete the associated tokens and Page references from our database within 30 days. To request confirmation of that deletion, email privacy@everlucentvault.com with your Facebook user ID.
5. Questions
